1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the platform prompt2love.com, operated by Prompt2Love, Gustav-Maurer-Strasse 23, 8702 Zollikon, Switzerland.
2. Description of Services
Prompt2Love provides a platform for creating, managing, and sharing AI prompts and skills. The service is available in a free basic version and paid subscription plans.
3. Registration and User Account
- Registration is done via email with a one-time code (OTP) or Google OAuth.
- You are responsible for the security of your account.
- One account per person is permitted.
4. Free and Paid Services
The free version is subject to usage limits (prompts, skills, variable prompts). Paid subscriptions (Pro, Business) extend these limits. Current prices, terms, and included features are displayed on the pricing page and during checkout before completing a subscription.
5. Payment Processing — Merchant of Record
Prompt2Love offers paid subscription plans exclusively for its SaaS product (prompt management platform). All payments are processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.) as the Merchant of Record (MoR). Polar handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax / VAT collection, and refunds. By subscribing, you enter into a payment agreement with Polar. Prompt2Love does not store credit card data. No payments are collected for community features, free-tier usage, or any other purpose outside the SaaS subscription.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
EU/EEA customers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of contract conclusion, unless waived for immediately delivered digital content. See our Cancellation Policy for full details and the model withdrawal form.
7. Subscription Terms and Cancellation
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current annual billing period.
- Cancel-Save offer: When you initiate cancellation, you may be offered 3 months of Pro for free as a retention incentive. This offer is optional and does not affect your right to cancel immediately.
- Lifetime plans are exclusively available through AppSumo deals and are not offered directly on prompt2love.com.
8. Intellectual Property
- You retain all rights to your created content (prompts, skills).
- Publicly shared content may be forked by other users.
- The platform software and design are protected by copyright.
9. Prohibited Use
It is prohibited to:
- Publish content that violates applicable law
- Use the platform for spam, fraud, or phishing
- Perform automated access without written permission
- Harass or threaten other users
10. Availability
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance will be announced when possible.
11. Liability and AI Disclaimer
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, direct damage.
AI-generated output: Prompt2Love provides tools for creating and managing AI prompts. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any results produced by AI models using prompts from this platform. Prompt2Love shall not be liable for any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
12. Termination
- You can delete your account at any time.
- Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of the billing period.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
14. Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these terms are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Changes will be communicated to users by email or in-app notification.
