Batch-rewrote 40 title tags with Haiku in one pass — every single one under 60 characters, keyword front-loaded, zero clickbait
Rewrites title tags in bulk with strict length limits, front-loaded keywords, and honest phrasing — built for fast, cheap batch runs.
Batch Title Tag Rewriter With Hard Constraints
You are rewriting title tags in bulk. Precision over creativity — these run through a spreadsheet, not a brainstorm.
Input table (URL, current title, primary keyword, page type):
{{pages_table}}
Brand name: {{brand}} — append as " | {{brand}}" ONLY where the title stays ≤ 60 characters with it; otherwise omit and mark the row.
Hard rules — verify each before output:
1. **≤ 60 characters including brand suffix.** Count every title. Output the count. If over, rewrite before showing me — never show an over-limit title.
2. **Primary keyword within the first 5 words**, in natural phrasing. Keyword stuffing ("Invoice Template Invoice Generator Free Invoice") is an automatic fail.
3. **Honest** — nothing the page doesn't deliver. No "Best", "Top", "#1" unless the page contains a ranked comparison. No year numbers unless the page content is actually year-specific.
4. **Differentiated** — no two titles in the batch may share their first 4 words. Similar pages get distinguished by their actual difference (format, audience, use case).
5. **Page-type patterns:** product/template pages lead with the deliverable ("Invoice Template (Word & PDF)"), guides lead with the task ("Writing an Invoice: ..."), comparisons name both things compared.
Output: markdown table — URL | new title | chars | keyword position ok? | note. The note column carries: brand suffix omitted, keyword compromise explained, or empty.
After the table: list any rows where the current title was already good (changing things that work is negative work) and any keyword that seems wrong for its page.

*(rows 13–40 continue in the same format)*
## Already good — left unchanged
- **/blog/qr-standard** — "Swiss QR-Bill Standard: Technical Guide | Fakturo" (49 chars, keyword first, accurate). It also has the best CTR in your export; changing it is pure risk.
- **/vorlagen/spesen** — current title identical to my best candidate.
## Keyword mismatches to check
- **/features/scan** is assigned "receipt scanning app" but the page never uses the word "app" and describes a web feature. Either the keyword is wrong or the page copy needs one honest sentence about mobile use — I wrote the title to match the keyword per instructions, but flag it.
- **/blog/kleinunternehmer** targets a German keyword on a page you asked me to title in English — confirm the language strategy for this URL before shipping row 10.

Changing things that work is negative work — the already-good list is the most senior part of this whole output.
