Install the Chrome extension

What the extension does

The prompt2love browser extension lets you save selections and AI outputs as prompts, and insert your library directly into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Mistral — without leaving the tab.

Install from the Chrome Web Store

1. Open the prompt2love listing on the Chrome Web Store.
2. Click Add to Chrome, then confirm Add extension.
3. Pin it: click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome's toolbar and pin Prompt2Love for one-click access.

The extension works in any Chromium browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc).

Sign in with your API key

The extension connects to your account through a personal extension API key — not a password.

1. Open prompt2love.com and log in.
2. Go to Settings → Verbundene Apps (Connected apps).
3. Copy the extension API key shown there. Create one if none exists.
4. Click the extension icon, open its settings, paste the key, and click Connect.

Once connected, your prompts sync automatically in the background.

Permissions overview

During install Chrome lists the access the extension requests:

• Read and change data on the supported AI sites — needed to read your selection and insert prompts into the input field.
• Storage — caches your library locally for offline access.
• Side panel — shows your prompt library next to the chat.
• Clipboard — copies prompts when insertion isn't possible.

The extension only runs on the AI sites listed in its manifest and on prompt2love.com. It does not read other websites.
