Delete your account and export your data
Your data is yours. You can take a copy of it with you, and you can delete your account whenever you want. Both happen from Settings.
Export your data
Before deleting anything, it is a good idea to keep a copy. To export:
- Open Settings.
- Find the data export option.
- Request your export. You will receive a copy of your prompts and skills.
This is useful even if you are not leaving, for example to keep a personal backup or to move your library elsewhere.
Delete your account
Deleting your account removes your account and your data. This is permanent and cannot be undone, so export first if you want to keep anything.
- Open Settings.
- Find the delete account option.
- Confirm that you want to delete your account and data.
After deletion, your private prompts and skills are removed. If you had a Pro subscription, cancel or review it through your billing settings as described in Subscription plans.
Your privacy rights (GDPR)
Export and deletion are part of how Prompt2Love supports your data rights, including the right to access your data and the right to be forgotten. Exporting gives you a portable copy; deletion removes your personal data from your account.
Before you go
- If you shared prompts publicly in the Community, review them before deleting so nothing you want to keep is lost.
- Export first, delete second. The order matters because deletion is final.
